Best of luck but I worry they are grossly underestimating the expense of their undertaking.

Love this idea. However, Federal Housing Law do not allow to discriminate based on one's profession.

Providing housing for "working artists" is illegal. Just like it would be illegal to only allow housing for only "rich personal injury attorneys"
