What a list! Love all the vegan and vegetarian options. Usually when I walk in to Gorditos, I walk out with 16 ounces of their vegan pozole. It's the real deal. I was not aware of the vegan butternut bisque from fellow Greenwood establishment Halcyon Brewing.

I just want to know how veg-friendly Pho Than Bros’ veggie pho or Biang Biang Noodles’ curry tofu dry mix is. I mean, recently I came close to ordering a mapo tofu until I realized that it had pork in it, which I believe is common for a traditional mapo tofu.
